1. **Eligibility**: Our gift vouchers are valid for use on dental items, including treatments and services, but **exclusions apply** to teeth whitening and Invisalign services.

2. **Redemption**: Gift vouchers must be presented at the time of appointment or purchase. They can be used in-store only and are not redeemable for cash.

3. **Validity**: Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

4. **Non-transferable**: Vouchers are non-transferable and can only be used by the person whose name appears on the voucher.

5. **Partial Redemption**: If the purchase exceeds the voucher amount, the balance must be paid by the redeemer. If the purchase is less than the voucher amount, the remaining balance can be used on future purchases within the validity period.

6. **Lost or Stolen Vouchers**: We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers. 

7. **Changes and Cancellations**: We reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions of the gift vouchers at any time without prior notice.

8. **Jurisdiction**: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
